Accommodations
Jake Hafner’s Restaurant offers both a private banquet room and an outdoor patio for your event. Both spaces accommodate 45 guests. Each event will be four hours in duration, with the exception of the pizza and wings party, which will be three hours in duration. An overtime charge of $50 per hour will be added to the final bill for each additional hour exceeding the allotted time.
Guarantee
A final confirmation of the guaranteed number of guests is required by 12:00 pm, three business days prior to the function. This number will be considered final and charges will be made accordingly, otherwise the guarantee listed on your contract will be considered the final count.
Service Charge
A 20% service charge and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all food and beverage charges.
Deposits
A $100 deposit is due upon booking. All deposits will be deducted from the final bill that day. Payment in full is due the day of the event.
Room Charge
A $50 non-refundable room charge applies to parties under 20 people. |

Cancellations
If you find you must cancel your event less than 21 days prior to the actual event date, your deposit may be applied to another event in the future. If you wish not to reschedule your event, your deposit may only be refunded if Hafner’s is able to rebook the space. If that is not possible, any and all deposits will be forfeited.
Wi-Fi and Audio-Visual
We are north Syracuse’s Newest “hot spot”. We offer free wi-fi high-speed Internet access to our guests. If your computer is wi-fi enabled, you can connect to the Internet wirelessly. You may also depend on us to assist you with any additional audio-visual needs. Advance notification is required and additional charges may apply.
Entertainment
For a dinner banquet, cocktail party or any other event, we will be pleased to help you with arrangements.
Flowers and Decorations
We would be happy to assist you with any decorating needs you may have.
